Westmoreland County Specialty Courts
Westmoreland County court materials identify Drug Treatment Court and Veterans Court resources. Drug Treatment Court is framed as a program to support a clean and sober lifestyle, public safety, reduced substance abuse, and lower recidivism through judicial oversight, supervision, and treatment.
